I do not work with text descriptions and do not design characters from scratch
(it would be a separate type of commission)
Artistic Freedom Commissions ToS
All you need is to provide image references of your character and a desired mood of a future illustration (joyful, sad, etc.) - everything else is up to me.
No revisions and edits (as it multiplies the time spent working on the illustration)
After agreement and confirmation, your commission must be paid via special Ko-Fi slot upfront. No refunds are available, as the work on the commission starts from the moment of payment.
As the artist, I retain all rights to the finished commission and may use it for promotional purposes, post it on social media, use it as a print for a physical portfolio
The commissioner has the right to post the finished illustration on any platforms as long as attribution is given.
